FactoryFinder AI provides ecommerce sourcing tools, including browser extension features, supplier chat translation, product and supplier page analysis, quote extraction, and factory discovery features.
Some features may change over time and may require an active paid subscription.
2. Accounts And Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, extension access tokens, and billing portal access. You must provide accurate account and billing information.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused, violates these terms, creates security risk, or has unpaid subscription charges.
3. Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription prices, quotas, and included features are shown on the pricing page or during checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You are responsible for usage above any plan limits if overage billing is offered. We may limit or block requests when a plan quota is reached.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FactoryFinder AI to:
- Violate laws, marketplace terms, or third-party rights.
- Scrape, extract, or process data where you do not have the right to do so.
- Send spam, deceptive messages, or unauthorized communications.
- Reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or bypass limits of the product.
- Share access tokens or resell access without permission.
5. Sourcing And AI Accuracy
FactoryFinder AI may use translation, automated extraction, search, and AI-assisted analysis. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
You are responsible for supplier due diligence, factory verification, contract review, payment decisions, customs compliance, product safety, intellectual property checks, and final business decisions.
6. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit or process through FactoryFinder AI. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
7. Intellectual Property
FactoryFinder AI, including the website, extension, backend, branding, user interface, and related software, is owned by FactoryFinder AI or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FactoryFinder AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, supplier disputes, marketplace actions, customs issues, or sourcing losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of FactoryFinder AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
